Your enrolment is subject to successful receipt and confirmation of payment.

For online programmes, access details may be provided through email, WhatsApp, the website, a learning platform or another communication channel specified by PIREE INDIA.

Programme details such as:

5. Recorded Courses

For recorded courses, access is provided to the purchaser for the period specified for the particular course.

Recorded course access is intended for the individual who purchased or was registered for the course.

You must not:

  • Share your username or password.
  • Share course access links with others.
  • Download, reproduce or distribute course videos without written permission.
  • Record the course using screen-recording or other recording tools.
  • Upload course content to YouTube, social media, websites, messaging groups, cloud storage or other platforms.
  • Sell, transfer, sublicense or commercially exploit the course content.
  • Reproduce course materials for training or commercial purposes without written permission.

Unauthorised sharing or distribution may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund, in addition to any other remedies available to PIREE INDIA under applicable law.

6. Live Webinars and Online Workshops

For live webinars and online workshops:

  • Participants are expected to join using the registration details provided by PIREE INDIA.
  • Participants should ensure that they have a suitable internet connection and compatible device.
  • Joining instructions may be sent to the registered email address or mobile/WhatsApp number.
  • Participants are responsible for checking their email, messages and other communication channels for updates.
  • PIREE INDIA may change the webinar platform, timing or other logistical arrangements where reasonably necessary.
  • If a webinar is postponed or rescheduled by PIREE INDIA, registered participants will be informed through the available communication channels.

A participant’s inability to attend a live session because of personal circumstances, internet problems, device problems or failure to check communication does not automatically create a right to a refund.

Any recording or replay availability will depend on the specific programme and will be communicated by PIREE INDIA.

7. Course Content and Educational Disclaimer

The content provided through PIREE INDIA programmes is intended for educational and informational purposes.

Real estate, RERA, taxation, accounting, finance, legal and regulatory requirements may change from time to time.

Information provided during a course, webinar, workshop or other educational programme should not automatically be treated as personalised legal, financial, tax, investment or professional advice.

is owned by or licensed to PIREE INDIA or its respective content providers and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a course or webinar gives you a limited, personal and non-transferable right to access the purchased educational content.

It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights in the content to you.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Record live sessions without written permission.
  • Share paid course content with non-registered persons.
  • Resell or redistribute course material.
